For the last decade, I have worked for a small family business, tackling a range of different roles and projects. During my time there, I've worn many hats—managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, handling bookkeeping, and overseeing logistics. I developed the ability to be flexible and adjust my skills as required. I understand the challenges small businesses face and I'm ready to apply the knowledge I've gained to help you achieve your business goals.
My journey into administration began with a qualification as a Medical Secretary. The skills I developed in the medical field—organisation, attention to detail, and compassion —have proven invaluable across various industries. Today, I use those skills to help small business owners and entrepreneurs reclaim their time and focus on what truly matters.

I’m proud to have been born and raised in beautiful Cornwall, where I now live with my husband, our two gorgeous boys, and our much-adored (and very unofficial) sausage dog. When I’m not busy helping to keep your business on track, you’ll likely find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes or sharing a meal with family and friends. I also love curling up with my Kindle (yes, I know real books are better—but space is a luxury with two little ones around!) or unwinding with cosy video games—I'm a true nerd at heart!
Travel is another big passion of mine. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to explore incredible cultures and cuisines around the world. Being a virtual assistant gives me the perfect balance—allowing me to enjoy the variety that comes with my work while having the flexibility to spend quality time with my family. And best of all, it means I can continue my travels, even if they are a little more chaotic with two little adventurers in tow!
