We offer hourly rates for ad-hoc work and retainers if you need guaranteed hours each month. These are the main services we offer, and we base them on the skill and experience required. They're not all we can offer so if something is missing and you feel we have the experience, or you're looking for something specific, we can create bespoke packages to suit your needs - just get in touch, and we’ll sort it!

The Big Question
Ad Hoc or Retainer?
We offer both options for pricing to make sure we're flexible and adaptable but can also manage our workloads effectively, this doesn't change payments or the hourly rate. All payments for work are invoiced up front.
Ad-Hoc Work
Ideal for one-time projects or a trial run of our services before committing to a long-term plan. Time is tracked and reported for complete transparency, so you know exactly what you're being charged for.
Retainer Contracts
With a retainer, you’ll have guaranteed support each month, with dedicated time to manage your ongoing tasks. Retainers are billed monthly, with the first month’s payment required upfront. Minimum 4 Hours/Month.
